We have been serving our waffles and working with really exciting and established brands such as McLaren Automotive, The Financial Times, Goodwood Racecourse & Motor Circuit, Love Supreme, Fringe, One Garden, Sony Music & more. 

 

We are now taking our concept and vision a step further with a new Waffle Market Restaurant in the heart of Brighton, focusing on our culinary concepts specialising in breakfast, lunch, dinner and canapé creations with a waffle twist! Each waffle will tell its own story. The menu is designed with equality to all dietaries, creating an ever-changing experience that will continue to awe through the seasons.

We pride ourselves in being the only waffle restaurant in Sussex (and maybe even in the U.K!) making gluten free waffles that are also oil free, salt free and contain no sugar yet still flowing in flavour!
