Opening Wednesday 20th August at The Ghost at the Feast, Chichester.

We’re thrilled to announce that after years of travelling the UK, The Waffle Market has found a permanent home. From VIP motorsport hospitality to pop-ups at Royal Ascot, Sony Music, and Financial Times Live — we’ve spent the last few years sharing our signature waffle creations with thousands of guests across the country.

​

Now, for the very first time, we’re setting up full-time in Chichester at the incredible Ghost at the Feast — and we can’t wait to welcome you.

Expect our full lineup of freshly made, indulgent waffles including:

• Signature Sweet Belgian Waffles (dairy free!)

• Gluten-Free Sweet & Savoury Waffle Creations - you won't tell the difference!

• Rich, Creamy Milkshakes mixed with your favourite toppings 

• The Ultimate Hardshakes - wait until you try one!

All waffles are made to order using thoughtfully sourced ingredients, whether you’re craving something classic, something loaded, or something with a twist!

Our New Home

Located in the heart of Chichester high street, our new home at The Ghost at the Feast offers a relaxed, welcoming setting for breakfast, lunch, or something sweet to enjoy into the evening. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite, entertaining friends, or discovering us for the first time — we’re here to bring you something different.

 

This marks a big moment for our team. After travelling across the UK in our converted horsebox and building a loyal following on the event scene, it feels incredibly special to settle into a permanent space where we can serve our customers day in, day out.

Our new kitchen allows us to serve lunch, dinner, desserts & sweet treats throughout the week — with comfortable indoor seating as well as home deliveries for those that don't want to leave their comfort zone!

 

A New Chapter, Rooted in Craft

Our menu has been carefully developed to blend comfort with creativity. We offer a full range of sweet Belgian waffles, signature gluten-free savoury waffles, and indulgent milkshakes, all made fresh to order using thoughtfully sourced ingredients. From crisp buttermilk chicken to truffled cheese combinations, and from rich Biscoff creations to dairy-free dark chocolate options, everything is designed to be satisfying, inclusive, and full of flavour.

This isn’t just street food. It’s a dining experience, built around quality, and tailored to suit every kind of appetite into the world of waffles!​​
